Lorin Jacobson

You could say fine home building is in Lorin’s blood. She was born to a family of homebuilders. Lorin began her career in 1990 with her father in Chester Springs, PA at Jacobson Homes. Owing to its prominence in the local market the firm was featured in news stories including the Wall Street Journal and Custom Builder magazine. Through hard work and a boots-on-the-ground work ethic, Lorin became highly knowledgeable in building systems, project management, scheduling and technology. Eventually Lorin earned the position of President, Jacobson Homes. 

After relocating to Tubac, Lorin immediately took to Southern Arizona’s laid-back lifestyle. Grabbing a daypack and hiking the state’s spectacular natural wonders has become a favorite downtime activity. At the same time she continued to build on the JCH heritage of fine custom homes. Lorin has completed an impressive number of residential builds, large-scale remodels and select commercial projects. Her collaborative approach has put her in an enviable position. She has assembled an essential network of fine craftsmen and tradesmen necessary to build the best homes. And her long list of reference attest to her success.

Joe’s the man with a hammer in one hand and a plan in the other. A native of Tucson, Joe has been involved in every aspect of home building for more than 10 years. He’s on site daily and pushing the vision forward as the liaison between Lorin, the architect, tradesmen and various other team members to make sure everyone’s on the same page and on schedule.

Number cruncher. Human calculator. Detail chaser. Our Office Manager, Maria, does it all. Plus she has a trusty sidekick, Atreus, a Labrador mix. Together they prepare and help analyze costs associated with all the building trades.
